According to this New York Times article, “good archival practices might not be exciting, but they could be the key to keeping your family history intact for future generations.”

This article is an excellent source of information about preserving memories and should be saved and cherished as a guideline for your own journey to document your life and work.

We highly  recommend  you subscribe in order to read the original full article appearing in the New York Times on February 08, 2018:

Additionally, Helen’s Place LLC, will continue to offer free of charge articles of interest In the Cognitive Science/English Language Arts field, but will also include outside sources of information from time to time  that relates to our mission.

The New York Times remains the gold standard and go to source for news, but we recognize that not everyone can afford to subscribe.

In any case, we want to encourage everyone to  figure out their own system for documenting their treasured memories, preferably both in printed and electronic form, so that  in the event of old age or a natural disaster or both, you have a preserved  record of your journey.

This is the way you remember who you were and how far you traveled to get to where you are now.
